Jay Z | N.E.R.D

Jas got tickets for this concert for half price and even though these were not the best seats in the house, Jay Z is awesome! Not huge fans of N.E.R.D tho esp their new stuff (not yet released) but did enjoy the 3 songs that I was familiar with. Jay Z is an amazing performer and def worth the money, he even spent 15 minutes looking into the crowd and thanking the fans for coming out. I have a lot of awesome photos and videos but just don't have the time to edit and go thru them so here are a few of my fave shots!

Madonna was AWESOME! Sticky & Sweet is the best concert ever in Vancouver! She is an amazing performer and she def did not disappoint! Wish I brought my camera though :( Didn't bring it cos I was afraid it would get confiscated! But it seems that they were allowing cameras into the stadium! Oh well, these photos are from Rhoda, enjoy!

Chris Rock

Chris Rock ROCKS! Tonight, Jas and I met up with Vince and Meryl to catch the No Apologies Tour at the Orpheum on Granville street. Although we had balcony seats (again!) and we were hoping to get orchestra seats, we ended up with lower balcony right centre seats that were not so bad! The seating is quite cramped in there and I was a bit uncomfortable cos I realize my legs are way too long to be sitting in those seats!! But it was worth it cos the show was hilarious! He never ceases to disappoint! What was a disappointment was our dinner at Sala Thai on Burrad street and we ordered our usual dishes which came in a timely manner but was shocked to see the size of them! We are not used to seeing such small portions esp from Sala Thai on Cambie!! Overall, it was a great night and we had a good time!
