Day After The Grind

Not feeling too bad actually, my legs and my body is holding up pretty good considering I haven't done any real form of intense exercise and I didn't stretch either... that is not good. You must always stretch before doing any strenuous workout ....

maybe it will hit me after lunch?

Good for you for surviving so well :) I'm 26. Did it 3 years ago in 1:30, did it last year in 1:45. Getting slower. Thank goodness for that chairlift down (the best $5 I've ever spent). The Chief is brutal on the way down!
